What does the integration do?

With Facebook login your customers can get into the booking system without having to remember yet another password. This means fewer forgotten passwords and a faster route through the booking flow.

With the integration you get:

• One-click login for the customer
• Fewer abandoned bookings, because the customer does not have to create a new account
• The option to automatically link the login to an existing customer in GECKO

How to get started

1. Go to Settings → Login settings (you can also click Activate here under Facebook on the integrations page).
2. Tick Activate login via Facebook.
3. Select Open in popup window if the booking is shown in an iframe on your website. This is a requirement in that case.
4. Optionally select Automatic link to existing profile at login so the customer is not created again if the email already exists.
5. Save the settings.
6. Try a test login from your booking page.
