What does the integration do?

With OnPay your customers can pay online when they book an appointment, sign up for an event or buy gift cards, punch cards and subscriptions. The payment takes place in a secure payment window, and the payment status is updated automatically in GECKO.

By connecting you achieve:

• Receive online payments when customers book
• Send customers directly to the OnPay payment window
• Automatic registration of completed payments
• Payment for online event, course and activity sign-ups
• Option to sell gift cards, punch cards and subscriptions online
• Support for card payments and MobilePay through your OnPay agreement
• Overview of online orders and payment status in GECKO
• Less manual work following up on payments

How to get started

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and click See more under OnPay.
2. Click Get an offer to receive a non-binding offer from OnPay.
3. Enter into the agreement with OnPay. You will receive your payment window keys from OnPay.
4. Contact GECKO support, who will set up the payment window on your agreement.
5. Enable online payment on the services, events and products your customers should be able to pay for online.
6. Make a test payment before going live.
