What does the integration do?

Loby is tailored for museums and similar attractions. Sell memberships and tickets online, offer digital memberships, get to know your members and keep them coming back.

By connecting you achieve:

• Mapping of your GECKO services and events to Loby ticket types
• Automatic creation of Loby tickets when a booking or sign-up is made
• A QR code inserted directly in confirmation emails to the customer

How to get started

1. Set up an agreement with Loby and get your API key from Loby.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations and click See more under Loby.
3. Tick Activate Loby.
4. Enter your API-Key.
5. Accept the order of the add-on and GECKO's license terms.
6. Save with Update.
7. Click Map services and link each relevant booking service to the correct Loby ticket type.
8. Click Map events and do the same for your events.

Tip: On the mapping page you can filter with Show only services that haven't been mapped to quickly see what is left.
