What does the integration do?

Are you getting cancellations or do you have empty slots in your calendar? With the Mercan integration your available times can automatically be exposed to thousands of users in Denmark's most downloaded beauty app. Once the integration is enabled, your available times are synced directly from GECKO to Mercan, where new customers can book them.

How to get started

1. Contact Mercan and have your store created. You will receive a StoreId – the key that connects your clinic to Mercan.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations and click See more under Mercan.
3. Tick Activate Mercan integration.
4. Enter your Mercan StoreId.
5. Save with Update.

How to offer a cancelled appointment

When you delete or release a booking in the calendar, you can choose to offer the slot on Mercan. You enter a discount and a short description, and the slot is then shown in the app. On the specific booking you can see whether the slot has been offered on Mercan.
