What does the integration do?

With the MitID add-on your customers can log in to the booking system with MitID. At the same time their identity is verified, which is relevant if you work with sensitive information – for example patient records.

With the add-on you get:

• The option to let your customers log in with MitID
• A verified identity for the person logging in
• A login log so you can see when logins have taken place

How to get started

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and click Activate here under MitID.
2. Tick Yes, I would like to enable MitID integration.
3. Read the terms of use for MitID and tick I accept the above conditions.
4. Save.
5. Click Go to login and create settings.
6. Tick Activate login via MitID.
7. Optionally select Open in popup window – this is required if the booking is shown in an iframe on your website.
8. Optionally select Customer must have if MitID should be mandatory.
9. Save the settings.
