What does the integration do?

The integration sends your cash register statements from GECKO into Billy, so you do not have to enter figures manually.

By connecting you achieve:

• Transfer of cash register statements directly to Billy
• Option for automatic daily transfer when the cash register is closed
• Selectable level of detail: summarised per main product group, per product group or per invoice/receipt
• An overview of which statements have been transferred

How to set up the integration

1. Get your API key from Billy.
2. Go to Cash register → Settings → Cash registers and edit the cash register that should be posted in Billy.
3. Find the Billy integration section and tick Activate option of integration with Billy.
4. Enter your API key.
5. Choose whether there should be an automatic daily transfer of the closed cash register.
6. Choose the level of detail – summarised per main product group, per product group, or summarised per invoice/receipt.
7. Save the cash register.

How to transfer manually

1. Go to Cash register → Reports → Cash register statements.
2. Select the statements to be transferred.
3. Choose the level of detail and select Billy as the export type.
4. Start the export and leave the window open until the transfer has finished.
