What does the integration do?

The Flatpay integration links your payment terminal with the cash register in GECKO.

By connecting you achieve:

• Accept card payments in the cash register
• The amount is transferred directly from the cash register to the terminal
• Option to cancel an ongoing transaction from the cash register
• Administrative terminal functions directly from GECKO

How to get started

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and click See more under Flatpay.
2. Click Click for offer and fill in the form. Flatpay will contact you with a non-binding offer.
3. If you choose to accept the offer, you will receive an API code from Flatpay.
4. Tick Activate Flatpay.
5. Choose Set overall if all cash registers should use the same API key – or Set per cash register if each register has its own.
6. Enter the API key and save with Update.
7. Click Show terminals to confirm that the terminals have been found.
