What does the integration do?

EDI Portalen is, among other things, the dental sector's communication platform, which makes it possible to collaborate across professional groups, organisations and public authorities. As a user you can send and receive correspondence, records, X-rays, discharge summaries and dynamic referrals. EDI Portalen complies with MedCom's standards.

With the integration you can jump directly from GECKO to EDI Portalen – also with the current customer as the starting point, so you do not have to look up the patient again.

How to get started

1. Make sure you have an agreement with EDI Portalen. The integration cannot be used without one.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations and click See more under EDI Portalen.
3. Tick Activate integration to EDI Portalen.
4. Save with Update.
5. Click Go to your information and enter your personal username and password for EDI Portalen.

You can then open EDI Portalen directly from GECKO.
