What does the integration do?

With the e-Boks integration you can send letters to your customers' e-Boks directly from GECKO. The delivery is handled via PostNord Strålfors.

By connecting you achieve:

A great alternative to sending physical letters
No hassle with envelopes or trips to the post box
Delivered within 24 hours
A full overview of the letters you have sent

How to get started

Go to Settings → Integrations and click See more under e-Boks.
Read the delivery prices on the page. The price depends on the file size of the letter.
Tick Yes, I would like to enable the e-Boks integration.
Accept the terms of use for e-Boks.
Save with Update.

How to send a letter

Open the customer and choose to send a message.
Select the e-Boks tab.
Write the letter, attach any files and send.

You can always see what has been sent via Show sent letters on the integration page.

Requirements and prices

The integration requires the Marketing module.
e-Boks cannot be used while the system is running in demo mode.
You pay per delivery based on file size.
Keep the file size down to keep the price down – large images and PDFs increase the price.
Always check the current price list on the integration page in GECKO.
