Measure how much you sell beyond the treatment itself â in number, in total value and as an average per customer.
Widgets: Add-on sales
Add-on sales are what the customer buys beyond the treatment that was booked - typically products sold across the counter while the customer is already at the register. There are nine add-on sales widgets: three figures, each in three versions.
Each of the three is available on its own, vs. period and vs. target. The average is often the most useful to set a target on, because it does not fluctuate with how busy you have been. |
Add-on sales are calculated in three steps, and it is worth understanding them before you apply limits:
This is why add-on sales widgets have two sets of limits, each working on its own step:
So if you want to measure add-on sales of skincare products, the product group must be set on the line item limit - not on the purchase. |
