There are five widgets about the number of bookings and three about rebookings.

The five booking widgets show the same figure in different forms: Number of bookings as a single figure, vs. period and vs. target with a comparison, and two as pie charts – Number of bookings vs. period (pie) and Number of bookings online vs. backend.

The last one is worth noting: it splits the bookings by whether the customer booked online or you created the booking in the backend. That is the figure that shows how well online booking is being adopted.

Rebookings count the customers who book a new appointment on the same day as the previous one. It measures how well you agree the next visit while the customer is still at the desk.

• Rebookings: the number as a single figure.
• Rebookings as %: the share of bookings in the period.
• Rebookings number/pct (table): both as a table, where you can break down by calendar and calendar group.

All three can be limited by gender, newsletter subscription and attendance. The attendance limit is useful here: if you choose Attended, customers who did not show up for the original appointment are not counted.
