You can activate the feature appointment card, which enables you to print an appointment card for your customers. An appointment card is a kind of receipt that contains the details of the customer's booking. You can give this card to the customer as a reminder of the booking.

You can print the appointment card when the specific booking is shown. The appointment card is printed in a size that fits the receipt printer (see Cash Register Add-On for more information). However, it can also be printed on a regular printer.

The appointment card feature is activated under ‘Advanced settings' where you also have the option of personalising the text shown on the appointment card.You can determine whether the appointment card should only include the booking from which the appointment card is printed, or all of the customer's active reservations. This is also set under the advanced settings.
