By clicking on 'Calendars' > 'Calendar overview', you will be transferred to the calendar overview. You can also create new calendars.

At the top of the page you have the opportunity to move to show the daily calendar, weekly calendar and monthly calendar.

At each calendar name you have the following options:

• Settings: Change the settings of the calendar.
• Working hours: Create new and change existing working hours for the calendar.
• Show calendar: Go to a weekly view of this calendar.
• Active: Choose if the calendar should be active or not. By default, a newly created calendar is active, but you can disable it by removing the tick and pressing 'Update', which eliminates the possibility to book on the calendar, despite the established working hours.
• Move booking: Assign priorities to your calendars, which determine the order of your calendars in online booking and quick book - the higher the priority, the later the calendar will be shown. Press the 'Move booking' header to activate the priority order.
• Move view: Assign priorities to your calendars, which determine the order of your calendars in the calendar overview - the higher the priority, the later the calendar will be shown. Press the 'Move view' header to activate the priority order.

If you have created many calendars, it is possible to create calendar groups, which can give you a better overview of the calendars. This feature is activated under ‘Advanced Settings' (see Back-end. General for more information).
