This webhook can be used to receive a daily overview of working hours per employee. On the webhook you choose when during the day it should run (the time can be chosen in steps of 5 minutes), and whether it should calculate the working hours for Today or Yesterday. One line is sent per employee per work type. An employee who in the period has had both, for example, "Normal working hours" and "Course" is therefore included twice, one line per work type. Employees and work types without working hours in the period are not included. Example of JSON that can be sent: |
{
"employeeWorkHours": [
[employeeWorkHour_begin]
{
"employeeId": [employeeId],
"employeeName": "[employeeName]",
"employeeNumber": "[employeeNumber]",
"workTypeId": [workTypeId],
"workTypeName": "[workTypeName]",
"minutes": [minutes]
}[lineBreak]
[employeeWorkHour_end]
]
}

The webhook does not contain the date or the period itself. Use the time of sending and the choice "Today" or "Yesterday" on the webhook to determine which day the figures apply to. |
The replacement codes above will be replaced with the following data when the specific webhook runs:
In addition to the above, you can use the company's own replacement codes from Your company, for example [bookingFirmaNavn]. |
