This webhook can be used daily, at calendar group level, to receive a forecast of the future bookings. For each webhook you select the period to look at, for example the 'next 7 days'.

The data that can be sent could, for example, be the number of bookings, the duration of the bookings, the value of the bookings and the duration of the unbooked available time.

The replacement codes above will be replaced with the following data when the specific webhook is run:

• [date] is replaced with the date of the run of the individual webhook, i.e. today's date, in the format DD/MM-YYYY
• [periodFrom] is replaced with the start date of the selected period, for example tomorrow's date. The date is shown in the format DD/MM-YYYY
• [periodTo] is replaced with the end date of the selected period, for example the date 7 days from now. The date is shown in the format DD/MM-YYYY
• [CALENDARGROUP_BEGIN][lineBreak][CALENDARGROUP_END] is used to repeat data for each calendar group where the replacement codes below can be used:
  • [calendarGroupId] is replaced with the unique Id of the calendar group in GECKO
  • [calendarGroupName] is replaced with the name of the calendar group.
  • [calendarGroupNamePath] is replaced with all the names in the calendar group's path, which is only relevant if calendar subgroups are used.
  • [calendarGroupLevel] is replaced with the calendar group's level, which is only relevant if calendar subgroups are used.
  • [calendarGroupCalendars] is replaced with a comma-separated list of the Ids of the calendars included in the relevant calendar group
  • [bookingCount] is replaced with the number of bookings in the selected period
  • [bookingValue] is replaced with the value of the bookings in the selected period. The value is shown excluding VAT.
  • [bookingTime] is replaced with the total duration of the bookings in the selected period. The duration is shown in number of minutes.
  • [bookingTimeFree] is replaced with the duration of the total available bookable time in the selected period. The duration is shown in number of minutes.
