If you press the cogwheel opposite a specific service addition group, you have the opportunity to create settings for the specific service addition group, for both front-end (your customers) and back-end (your company).

Front-end:

• Limit to one service addition in group: By ticking this box, the customer will only be able to book one service addition from this group.
• Require service addition selected: By ticking this box, the customer is required to select at least one service addition from the group.
• Requirements for the number of additional services: Here you have two options. First, you can determine that the customer must select the same number of service additions as the number of participants he/she has booked for. Alternatively, in the boxes below, you can state if you want a maximum or minimum number of service additions in the specific group. If you enter 10-50, the number of additional services in the specific service addition group must be between these two. This feature is especially useful for guided tours, where the participants must be able to join a group with a fixed number of participants. 

Back-end:

• Limit to one service addition in group: Here you determine that only one service addition from this group can be selected, when you create bookings through quick book.
• Require service addition selected: Here you can determine that at least one service addition from this group must be selected, when you create bookings through quick book.
• Requirements for the number of addition services: Here you have two options. First, you can determine that the customer must select the same number of service additions as the number of participants he/she has booked for. Alternatively, in the boxes below, you can state if you want a maximum or minimum number of service additions in the specific group. If you enter 10-50, the number of additional services in the specific service addition group must be between these two. Please note! The front-end settings only apply to your customers, while the back-end settings only apply to you, when e.g. booking for a customer in quick book.
