You can access a list of all reports made via the booking system in the last 8 weeks. This list can be accessed under Cash register > settings > Sygeforsikring "danmark" by pressing the 'Show reports' button on the list of service codes (See Service codes for more information).

At the top of the page, you can choose whether you want to see reports made on a specific provider number and/or for a particular social security number. If you have not chosen a particular provider number and/or SSN, the list will include all reports made in the last 8 weeks. You have the following options:

• Provider number: You can see which provider number the report was made on.
• Package no.: You can see which package number the report is part of. A package is the collection of reports sent to Sygeforsikring "danmark" each night. A new package is therefore created every day.
• Date: You can see which date the report was made on.
• Receipt: You can see the id of the receipt the report was made on.
• SSN: You can see which social security number the report was made for.
• Service: You can see which service code the report was made on.
• Type: You can see which type the report was, e.g., if the customer received a grant from his/her insurance.
• Amount: You can see which amount was reported.
• Status: You can see which status the report has. The reports are automatically sent to Sygeforsikring "danmark" each night.
