You have the option of retrieving old cash register statements and e.g. view receipts and outlays linked to an old cash register statement. If you have multiple cash registers, you can choose which cash register to view cash register statements from at the top right corner.

At the top of the page you can choose which period you want to view cash register statements from. Press ‘Show period' when you have chosen the desired period.

At the bottom of the page, you can see a list of all cash register statements from the chosen period. You have the following options:

• ID: You can see the ID of the cash register, i.e. the cash register number that the cash register was assigned when it was opened.
• Start date: You can see the date at which the cash register was opened.
• End date: You can see the date at which the cash register was closed, i.e. balanced.
• Z-Receipt: You can view the Z-Receipt of the cash register, i.e. an overview of sold items divided between item groups.
• Receipts: You can view a list of all receipts linked to the cash register statement in question.
• Outlay: You can view all outlays made in the cash register in question.
• Elaborated: You can view an elaborated version of the cash register statement on which all information about all sold items is registered.
• Show: You can view the cash register statement itself.
• Export: You can export one or multiple cash register statements by ticking the desired statement(s) and pressing 'Export' (See Export of cash register statements for more information). If there is an exclamation mark (!) opposite a cash register statement, it means that this statement has been exported.
