At Coop Logistik, we have been using Gecko for dock management at our dry goods and non-food centers since 2020.  

Gecko is incredibly easy to work with, both during the initial implementation and setup as well as for ongoing adjustments and customizations.  

In daily operations, the system is used by approximately 150 employees across six locations. Since it supports multiple languages, it meets our needs when both Danish and international suppliers and transporters book unloading slots at our warehouses.  

Waiting times and congestion during unloading have been virtually eliminated, as unloading slots are booked in pallet intervals with variable time slots. This ensures an efficient goods reception process. Additionally, Gecko serves as a management tool, allowing us to scale capacity up or down based on the available workforce.
